Joget Brand Usage Guidelines
Joget, Inc. is the developer and manager of the Joget DX commercial open source project, a no-code/low-code web platform that modernizes application development and workflow automation on the cloud and mobile. A key component of the Joget brand identity is the Joget name, its trademarks and its logos. This Brand Usage Policy will show you the proper use of Joget trademarks and logos. Joget requires those referencing Joget name, trademarks and logos to comply with the guidelines below.
Joget Trademarks and Logos
Joget has several trademarks including Joget® and the following:
Use the Correct Name and Notation
When referencing Joget trademarks or logos, always include the proper notation after the name and logo. (® for Registered Trademarks and ™ for Trademarks). When using logos, always include the ® or ™ in every instance. However, for other trademarks, it is only necessary to annotate the first instance of the trademark in a particular document after the first instance the ® or ™ notation need not be used. It is also important to always use the full trademarked names as shown above.
Do Not Alter Names or Logos

Joget’ trademarks and logos may only be used for lawful purposes. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Joget, the use of Joget trademarks or logos should not be used in conjunction with third party trademarks or to imply Joget endorsement of, support for, or participation in, events, products or activities.
Copyright Statement
Each name, term or mark that is a registered trademark must include the applicable mark and copyright statement when it is used.
Example: “_____” is a trademark or a registered trademark of the Joget, Inc. All rights reserved. The blank space should be a list of all Joget trademarks and/or logos that appear in that particular piece.
Reservation of Rights
Joget is the owner of all right, title, and interest in the Joget name, trademarks and logos. No person or entity may reproduce or use (or authorize the reproduction or use of) the Joget trademarks and logos in any manner other than expressly authorized by Joget. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
Joget may, at its sole discretion, modify its trademarks and/or logos at any time. Please refer to the list above periodically to ensure your compliance. In order to assure compliance and quality of control, Joget may request that you provide samples of any marketing, advertising, or other material that includes the Joget trademarks and logos.

- When using a Joget name or trademark, never vary the spelling, add or delete hyphens, make one word two, or use a possessive or plural form of the Joget brand. Never abbreviate a Joget trademark to create a new acronym.
- When using the Joget logo, never modify the design, add or delete any elements or words, change any colors or proportions.
- When using a Joget logo on documents, it is important not to skew, stretch, or otherwise manipulate the logo in any way.
- When adjusting the size of the logo, the proper proportions must be maintained. It is best to adjust the logo to the desired size in a graphic program rather than trying to adjust it.
- Do not break up a Joget logo to use portions of it. The logo should always appear in its entirety, and no attempts should be made to change the colors or percentage of color used within the logo.
