Damien Wong, Vice President & General Manager, GEMs (ASEAN, Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan), Red Hat Asia Pacific Pte Ltd.

In this current role, Damien is responsible for the overall business management of the Southeast Asia, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Korea region. 

With a career spanning over 25 years, Damien has held leadership roles in companies like Hewlett-Packard, Accenture and META Group.

Before joining Red Hat, Damien was the General Manager of Southeast Asia at HP Software. He was also the Director for Service Portfolio Management in HP Software for Asia Pacific & Japan. Before Mercury's acquisition by HP, Damien was the Director for Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) Software Sales at Mercury across Southeast Asia. He was responsible for establishing the fledgling PPM Software business unit, personally driving key PPM projects in major customer accounts in the region.

Prior to HP, Damien was Senior Vice President for Strategic Management at MediaCorp. In addition, he headed research firm META Group in Singapore as Vice President and General Manager before Gartner acquired the company.

His extensive I.T. industry experience also includes technical and management positions for various organizations, such as Institute for Infocomm Research (Singapore), Firium Solutions, and Accenture.​

Raveesh Dewan, Chief Executive Officer, Joget Inc.

Raveesh also serves as a Board Member at The Ingenuity Project and leads the Hyperledger Healthcare SIG Payer Subgroup.

​He has served in various senior technology leadership roles at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield. Before joining CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield he had led large technology programs at Nationwide Insurance and Infosys Technologies Limited. 

Prior to joining Infosys, he was also a young entrepreneur with a successful start-up in CAD CAM and also a city portal. Mr. Dewan has MBA in Finance from Franklin University, Columbus, Ohio and a BE in Chemical Engineering from Panjab University, India. He is a speaker and panelist at various technology conferences.

Tiensoon Law, Chief Operating Officer, Innov8tif Solutions.

Tiensoon is the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer at Innov8tif. In his current role, he is the overseeing product team and professional service delivery, as well as presales activities in  Southeast Asia. 

His primary focus is centered around digital process automation and eKYC (electronic know-your-customer) solutions, and he is responsible for some key accounts from the banking, telecommunication and multi-national manufacturing industries.

Prior to founding Innov8tif, Tiensoon was formerly the VP of Technical Consultancy at Joget, for 2 years since Joget’s inception. An academically-trained software engineer, Tiensoon was the Product Manager at TMS Software for enterprise knowledge portal and learning management system.

Joe Seah, Chief Operating Officer, Beans Group.

Joe Seah has spent more than 25 years in the software industry especially in the areas pertaining to software development and integration. 

He has witnessed its evolution from the early computing days in the 80s till today’s highly decentralized environments.

Being a partner to the company he co-founded, he currently holds the COO role and is responsible to ensure customers values are delivered. Being in a dynamic and forever changing industry, he is also tasked to look into the future of computing and how new technologies are able to change the way we do business through valued business partners.

Hugo Lim, VP Technical Consultancy and Co-Founder, Joget, Inc.

Hugo is a Technical Consultant and Co-Founder of Joget. His has spoken in various CIO and developer conferences throughout the world as well as trained and coached companies globally in North America, East Asia, South East Asia and Middle East.

Prior to his role as a VP of Technical Consultancy, he was part of the core product development team. He has contributed extensively to building the Joget Community as well as designing training and Joget Academy courses including the certification program.
